Christina Fuda, Mental Health First Aid Coordinator, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Services
Christina Fuda is the Mental Health First Aid Coordinator at Ontario Shores. Over the past 5 years, she has trained more than 6000 people across the country in various mental health workplace training workshops and seminars. She has appeared on both Breakfast Television and Global News where she was invited to speak more on how to improve workplace mental health. During her time at Ontario Shores, she has been a key stakeholder in garnering partnerships between the hospital and organizations including Ontario Power Generation, The City of Toronto, The Beer Store, York University, Toronto Pearson, and many others. Prior to her time at Ontario Shores, she has a Master’s degree in Developmental Neuroscience and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her mission is to use her knowledge to continue educating people and communities with various backgrounds about the importance of developing a mentally healthy and safe work environment.
